| Our rates are based on 1 or 2 adults in all suites, studios, and efficiencies - charge of $10 per night for each additional person. Children, 16 and under, stay free in same room with parents with existing bedding! All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian occupying the same unit. | ||||

| Payments and Cancellation Policy | |
| Reservation made for Lovers Key Beach Club Condominium (minimum stay seven nights): a deposit of 30% but minimum $200 must secure your reservation. The balance of the rental payment is due by check or credit card (a written permission will be requested by payment with a credit card) latest 60 days before the arrival date. Deposits are not refundable. Additional $300 refundable security deposit is due at the check in. |

| Reservation made for Flamingo Inn, Hidden Harbor Suites, or Lovers Key Resort: a deposit of one night’s rent must secure your reservation. Reservations may be canceled at $20 handling fee up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Deposits are not refundable for reservations canceled 72 hours or less before arrival. The balance of the rental payment is due at the check in. |
